Mr. Vashist Muni Mishra is the Founder and Director of AVR Ship Management, bringing nearly 14 years of extensive experience in the maritime industry. He has served in the merchant navy for approximately 10 years, holding various ranks within the deck department and gaining comprehensive onboard expertise.Following his sea-going career, he has worked with shipping companies as an Operational Manager for around three years, where he further strengthened his knowledge of crew operations, vessel management, and industry practices.Driven by a clear vision to support and uplift Indian seafarers, Mr. Mishra founded AVR Ship Management with the objective of creating better career opportunities in the merchant navy for seafarers. His in-depth understanding of both onboard and shore-based operations enables him to effectively bridge the gap between shipowners and seafarers, ensuring reliable, efficient, and professional services for all stakeholders.

Mr. Akashdeep as the Managing Director of AVR Ship Management, bringing with him extensive industry experience and a strong maritime background.Started his martime education from a very renowned university named DMET in kolkata and then started his carrer at sea as a young deck cadet back in 2012,achieved new heights. He has spent several years working onboard merchant navy vessels in navigation department, gaining in-depth practical knowledge of ship operations and seafaring standards. Since 2022, he has transitioned into shore-based roles, where he has been actively involved in management, operations, and strategic development within the maritime sector. His combined sea-going and onshore expertise enables him to lead the organization with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring operational efficiency and professional excellence.

RIZWAN
Mr. Rizwan serves as the Additional Director of AVR Ship Management, bringing with him extensive experience across both sea-going and shore-based maritime operations. He began his career as a young Deck Cadet in 2011, laying a strong foundation in the merchant navy through hands-on experience at sea.Served as navigation officer for years.Since 2019, he has transitioned into shore-based roles, where he has held various positions across multiple reputed shipping companies. In these roles, he has been actively involved in supporting and guiding Indian seafarers, helping them build strong and sustainable careers in the maritime industry. With broad exposure to industry practices and experience working with leading shipping companies, Mr. Rizwan possesses comprehensive knowledge of the shipping sector. His expertise plays a key role in strengthening AVR Ship Management’s commitment to delivering professional and reliable services to both seafarers and shipowners.
